Cancellation & Refund Policy
At ACET Migration Services, we aim to provide transparent and fair services. Cancellations must be requested within 2-3 days of placing the order. If processing with relevant authorities or service providers has already begun, cancellations may not be possible.
Refunds or adjustments will be considered in cases where the service provided does not match the agreed-upon scope. Any issues must be reported within 2-3 days of receiving the service outcome.
Please note that services related to government applications, assessments, or visa lodgements cannot be cancelled or refunded once submitted.
In case of any Refunds approved by ACET Migration Services, it’ll take 7-14 working days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
