Why Apply for a Subclass 190 visa?
Subclass 190 is awarded to skilled migrant workers when nominated from any one of the Australian territories. However, candidates must be residents of the state or territory to apply. This visa lets you stay in Australia permanently.

Requirements
- Submission of an EOI or Expression of Interest and ROI or Registration of Interest
- Apply nomination upon selection
- Request for a visa once you have received a nomination from the territory
- Pass the Skills Assessment
- Must have an occupation present on the skilled list
- Pass the points test with at least 65
- Get an English language proficiency score
