Why Apply for a Subclass 190 visa?
Subclass 190 is a permanent visa for skilled workers who are nominated by an Australian state or territory. Applicants must reside in the nominating state or territory and meet specific eligibility criteria. Once granted, this visa allows you to live, work, and study anywhere in Australia permanently, with the option to sponsor eligible family members.

Requirements
- Submission of an EOI or Expression of Interest and ROI or Registration of Interest
- Apply nomination upon selection
- Request for a visa once you have received a nomination from the territory
- Pass the Skills Assessment
- Must have an occupation present on the skilled list
- Pass the points test with at least 65
- Get an English language proficiency score
