Global Recruitment Drive

In a unique partnership between Northern Territory (NT) industry peak bodies and NT Government, workforce abundance is launched to address labour shortage in NT and to attract 600 new skilled workers from overseas.

Led by a consortium with the Minerals Council of Australia NT, Chamber of Commerce NT and Master Builders NT, this initiative will be delivered by Workforce Abundance. This initiative is supported by NT Government through Flexible Workforce Solutions Fund of $200,000.

The recruitment drive is scheduled to visit Philippines and India as follows:

These countries are being targeted because of their strong pool of skilled workers. The recruitment drive will be led by delegates from the industries who will participate in the drive to select eligible candidates. Led by an experienced global recruitment team, selected candidates will be processed to come and work in NT through employer sponsored visa pathways.
