in Australia for the benefit of the Australian economy. The Australian government welcomes business owners who want to start or move their businesses to Australia by creating a pathway for business owners who want to settle in Australia with their family and continue business ownership.
There are two main types of business migration visas for Australia:
Business Innovation and Investment (Subclass 188 and 888)
Permanent visa option, the skilled independent visa does not require sponsorship by a relative or state/territory government
Business Talent (Subclass 132)
The Skilled Nominated Subclass 190 visa is a permanent General Skilled Migration visa which requires nomination by a State or Territory Government.
