Provincial Nominee Program

The Provincial Nominee Programs allow Canadian provinces and territories to nominate individuals who wish to immigrate to Canada and who are interested in settling in a particular province. To qualify you must have the skills, education and work experience to settle in Canada. They will assess you according to their economic and labour, needs. To immigrate to Canada under the PNP, an individual must first apply for a Provincial Nomination.

Certificate to the provincial government where they would like to reside. Each province has different
requirements based on their particular needs.
After receiving the Provincial Nomination Certificate, an individual then must apply for a Canadian
Permanent Resident Visa. Provincial nominees receive priority processing for their permanent
residency applications.
Provincial nominees are not assessed on the six selection criteria of the Federal Skilled Worker
Program.

  • British Columbia
  • Manitoba
  • New Brunswick
  • Newfoundland and Labrador
  • Nova Scotia
  • Ontario
  • Prince Edward Island
  • Saskatchewan
  • Yukon

Family Class Sponsorship Program: 

Canada encourages Family class sponsorship who are citizens or permanent residents to sponsor a relative for immigration to Canada. This includes sponsorship for spouse common-law or conjugal partner, Dependent child, parent, Grandparents, Sibling, nephew, niece or unmarried grandchild under the age of 18. 

Business Immigrant:

Business Immigrants are people who are able to invest time and money in starting businesses in Canada to boost their economy by starting or acquiring a business

Federal Startup Visa program:

If you plan to start an innovative business, then this would be the right option for you.

Quebec Business Immigration:

If you plan to live in the province of Quebec and start an innovative business.

PNP Business Immigration:

Business immigration categories exist for individuals investing in a Canadian business venture through Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP). The minimum investment and net worth requirements vary from province to province.

Every PNP business immigration program requires the applicant to create a detailed business plan detailing the financial projections stating the fact of how the business will boost the local economy and benefit the labour market. PNP business immigration programs requirement for business management experience ranges from 2-5 years.

Canadian Experience Class:

The Canadian Experience Class (CEC)  is an immigration program for skilled workers who already have  Canadian work experience and want to become permanent residents on the condition that they have 1 year of full-time skilled work experience, have to apply within 3 years of obtaining skilled work experience minimum language level in English and French and also plan to live outside the province of Quebec.
